Rental receipts can be requested online. Go on My Account, and enter the email address and date of birth indicated in your reservation. Please take into account that the receipts issued by will only indicate the amount paid online. In case you make any extra payment in your destination, an additional receipt must be requested to your service provider.

Partial payment invoices and/or cancellation protection and/or cancellation fees are issued weekly. You will be emailed a link to access My Account. If you enter, you’ll be able to see and print your invoice.

‘Full’ (online) payment invoices are issued in the first days of the month next to the vehicle’s pick-up.
