Our cancellation policy depends on the timing of the cancellation:

  • More than 48 hours before the rental begins, you will receive a full refund
  • Less than 48 hours before, or while you are at the rental counter, we will refund what you have paid minus the cost of 3 days of your rental. So, if you reserved the car for 3 days or less, you will not receive any refund.
  • After the rental has started (or if you do not show up), you will not receive any refund.

By accessing the "Manage booking" portal, you can cancel, modify, or add extras. It's easy and does not require registration.

Please note that any modification requires a new search for rental availability, which may cause the price of your booking to vary.

Depending on the type of modification, it may take up to 48 hours to process.

Our premium coverage for cars and passenger vans (not applicable to commercial vans) is valid with all collaborating agencies and locations offered on our website.

⚠️ REMEMBER: 

Our premium coverage requires the retention of the deposit on a card, generally, credit card in the name of the driver. The exact amount of this deposit is included in the terms and conditions of each offer, depending on what is stipulated by the collaborating rental agency for each type of vehicle and location.

If you have had a problem in picking up the vehicle related to insurance for any of these reasons:

  • The rental office has told you that our premium coverage is not valid
  • You have had a problem with the deposit

If you have a reservation and don't have a valid credit card, you have the following options:

  • Cancel your reservation for free up to 48 hours before the pickup through Manage Reservation on our website
  • Cancel your reservation between 48 hours before and the time of pickup of the vehicle with an associated cost through Manage Reservation on our website

If you are currently at the counter of our partner and do not have a credit card, we recommend that you call us to help you as quickly as possible at +34 916 350 317

If you have had an issue related to your credit card and want to start a complaint, you can do so through 'Manage Reservation' on our website, once your vehicle rental has ended.

Making a reservation through the Pepecar website is quick, easy, free and immediate. At the moment, telephone bookings are not possible.

🚗 PASSENGER CARS AND VANS

The rental voucher we will send you as part of the booking confirmation contains all the necessary documents for picking up your vehicle. You can also check this information through 'Manage Booking' on our website. 

 

In most cases, to pick up the reserved vehicle, you must bring: 

  • Credit card in the driver's name 

  • Valid and current driver's license in the name of the main driver on the reservation and any additional drivers (if applicable), with more than one year of experience 

  • Reservation voucher. It will be sent within 48 hours after booking and must be printed.

  • Any other identification requested by the rental agency collaborating partner listed in the reservation voucher.
