J'ai loué une voiture avec Pepecar.com pour un séjour à Ténérife en décembre. J'ai payé 333,30 € for 12 days of rental, which was less expensive than all the other offers. J'ai récupéré la voiture de location via Hertz à l'aéroport de Tenerife Sud le 20 décembre 2025 et je l'ai rendue le 1er janvier 2026 avec le plein d'essence et dans le même état qu'initialement (pas d'accidents, pas d'accrochages). J'ai ensuite eu la surprise de découvrir qu'un prélèvement supplémentaire de 264,50 € avait été fait par Hertz début janvier. J'ai fait une réclamation auprès de Pepecar.com, j'ai expliqué tout ce qui s'était passé, et ils m'ont m'ont répondu "Malheureusement, n'avons pas accès au système informatique du fournisseur et, par conséquent, en l'absence de documents nous ne pouvons pas expliquer les frais supplémentaires" Il est dommage que je n'aie conservé aucun des papiers relatifs à cette location. J'avais aussi supprimé un mail dans lequel Hertz m'envoyait le contrat de location. PS (23/02/2026) Après avoir contacté Hertz et expliqué mon cas, Hertz m'a remboursé de cette charge inexpliquée. Tout finit bien !

The car offer is good and so are the prices. What I didn't like is that it seems that the car pick up is inside the station and when you have already hired it they tell you that you have to pick it up outside in a nearby street.
