Once the reservation request has been made and the stated time of 48 hours has passed , you’ll be sent an email indicating if your reservation has been confirmed or not. In case you receive the confirmation, print the voucher and show it to your provider when you pick up your car. Your booking status can be checked at any time by entering on My Account and introducing the email address and date of birth indicated in your reservation.
