Customer Service Office:

The pepecar.com customer service office is located in Plaza de Indautxu, next door to the Viajes Ecuador travel agents office, on the corner of Alameda de Urquijo and Arechavaleta streets.

By Underground:

Metro station Indautxu, lines 1 and 2, exit Alameda de Urquijo.

Car parks for vehicle collection and drop off:

Some vehicles are located in Plaza de Indautxu car park, floor -1, directly opposite the customer service office. The rest of vehicles are located in Alhondiga car park, floor -2, aproximately 200 metres from Plaza de Indautxu. The Alhondiga car park is located under the old Alhondiga (old public market), with vehicle access through Alameda de Urquijo street, and pedestrian acceses through Alameda de Urquijo street (open 24 hours), Iparraguirre street (open from 06 to 22h Monday to Saturday), Fernández del Campo street (open 24 hours) and Alameda de Recalde street (open from 06 to 22h Monday to Saturday).
